Host your conference or celebration at Four Seasons Safari Lodge and you’ll find the best-equipped destination for groups in the Serengeti. Our Safari Lodge can host meetings, incentives, conferences and events for up to 80 guests. Buyouts can accommodate up to 140 guests. Every event is distinguished by exemplary cuisine, expert support and personalized Four Seasons service that leaves no detail overlooked.
Music and Entertainment
Conference planners will be happy to assist with setting up local musicians, dancers or artists for your meeting.
Receiving and Maintenance
For shipping and receiving, all items arrive by truck from Arusha. If you need to receive a package, please have it sent to the attention of your group’s name and include your conference services contact at the Safari Lodge. Packages will be stored in a separate conference storage area. Limited space is available for the storage of large items. Please time shipping to the date of your arrival.
