With floor-to-ceiling views of Elliott Bay and Puget Sound, the Ballroom accommodates up to 500 guests under a soaring ceiling. Market to ART

Teams of two go decide what’s for dinner as they shop for ingredients at Pike Place Farmers Market. Back in our Hotel restaurant, ART, our chefs create dishes from the selected items. When dinner is almost ready for serving, each team plates the dishes, presenting it to the group before dining together at the Chef’s communal table.
