Trust the Chef
Available every night, sit back and Trust the Chef, as dish after dish of seasonal favorites are shared for a true Ethan Stowell Restaurant tasting experience. Begin the evening sharing six to seven different appetizers. The second course is either a pasta or fish dish, followed by the main entrée. Finish the evening with a delectable dessert. Trust the Chef is perfect for parties of two or four and goes great with a wine pairing.
