The treatment includes a relaxing session of reflexology, a foot massage using pressure point and pulling techniques to re-establish the body's energy flow. In addition, guests choose a facial customised to suit individual needs, ranging from the desert nectar to the gentlemen's fitness or the revitalising vitamin repair. The facial, performed simultaneously with the reflexology, focuses on cleansing, gentle steaming, exfoliation, extraction and conditioning. The therapy also includes a relaxing and moisturising hand massage.

The pinnacle facial

Indulge in our signature Four Seasons spa treatment. The back is gently exfoliated, then, pure blends of aromatherapy oils are massaged in, to soothe nerve endings and release stress. Hands and feet also enjoy exfoliation and massage. The pinnacle of decadence is a champagne and caviar collagen facial that leaves the whole body being utterly relaxed, refreshed and revitalised.

Sedona earth clay body mask

Natural clay has been used for centuries to nourish and detoxify. In this treatment, the skin is first dry-brush massaged to buff away dry, dull cells. Detoxifying red Sedona clay is then applied, to be removed by cascading showers. Our unique finishing lotion concludes the experience.
