Jungle Boot Camp

Jungle Boot Camp is a great class for those who want to involve every muscle in their body as they test their cardio and muscle endurance with drills involving running, jumps, squats, push-ups and other exhausting moves.

Pure Core Fusion

This 100% core-focused class is designed to help you stabilize your spine and strengthen all the muscles around it. Targeting core muscles far deeper than the six-pack, these dynamic, intelligent movements will help you find a whole new sense of centre – and maybe even put you on the road to washboard Bali abs.

Pilates

Our Pilates workout offers you a great opportunity to experience the most important elements of the Pilates technique in one session. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Water Pilates

Using the resistance of water and your own body weight, this class combines low impact and high intensity exercises to create a great total body workout in the pool. With a variety of cardio, plyometric, core and strength work, this high energy music and a heart pumping workout will leave you feeling great after only 45 minutes! No swim experience required. It is suitable for all fitness levels.



Water Aerobic

Using the Tabata Training Method, this intensive class will blast your body in all directions by incorporating callisthenics, plyometrics and body-conditioning exercises. The result is a total-body workout that targets the large muscle groups and the core for a super calorie-burning experience. This class is best suited to participants with a moderate to high level of fitness, but newcomers are always welcome!

Cross Fit

Utilising a series of different equipment to optimise performance. This is a perfect boost for the ten fitness domains: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

Power Yoga
This vigorous exercise session starts by warming the body with breathing exercises in a dynamic sun salutation, then combines other flowing movements to increase metabolism, burn calories and help contour the body.

Jagaditha Yoga
Jagadhita means “happiness,” and this yoga class is designed to help you experience lightness and joy from within, leaving you with increased focus and concentration. The session starts with pranayama breathing and uses sound energy – representing fire, water and air – to help balance the emotions.

Laughter Yoga
This unique exercise routine combines the freedom of laughter with yogic breathing (pranayama). It’s a simple way to bring joy into your life.

Hatha Yoga
This one-hour session starts with breathing exercises, concentrating on inhaling and exhaling, followed by a warm-up with the Surya Namaskara (sunrise or sunset salutation). The class then continues with yoga positions intended to support the elasticity and core strength of your body, then ends with relaxation poses.

Sunset Yoga
Set within special surroundings, this hatha yoga class can help you recognize your hidden physical and mental potential. Through the continued performance of the poses, you will gain flexibility and strength. Matching movement with breathing, you will feel centred and calm. The class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow is a westernized and more free-form hatha yoga style that combines the breath-movement synchronizing of ashtanga vinyasa with additional techniques and approaches based on the creative direction of the instructor. Classes will typically involve a flowing movement through a series of poses – building heat, suppleness and stamina – paced either moderately or vigorously depending on the level.

Yin Yoga
Hold postures for an extended amount of time to access the deeper energy and meridian lines of the body. Step out of your own way and let the prana (energy) or qi flow through your entire being.
