Ayurveda-inspired treatments

Chakra dhara

The treatment aims to restore an individual’s dosha (constitution) and balance their chakras (energy points) by dripping herbal oil on four key energy points along the central nervous system. Two therapists performs a back, scalp, hand and foot massage to clear toxic blockages, after which the flow of oil onto the chakras provides healing and restorative effects.

Suci dhara

Suci translates as awakening and balancing of the body, heart and soul in Indonesian. A scalp massage to improve circulation, relax muscles and nerves commences the treatment, followed by drizzling warm herbal oils rhythmically onto the forehead for mental relaxation and clarity. Next, a warm, herbal-oil body massage aids detoxification, and nourishes the nervous system. The treatment concludes with a steam bath and dosha herbal tea for total well-being.

120 minutes – USD 165.00

Shiro lepa

This herbal scalp treatment commences with an ayurvedic back and scalp massage to improve circulation to the head, relax muscles and nerves. A herbal lepa (mask) is then applied to regulate scalp disorders and dryness.

120 minutes – USD 145.00

Facial lepa

This traditional ayurvedic facial aims to detoxify and nourish the skin. First it is cleansed with an herbal exfoliant, then hydrated with a herbal lepa (mask). The mind is cooled and calmed with the addition of shirodhara (pouring of oil) on the third eye, which tones and nourishes the skin.
