![]() In-Villa DiningFour Seasons In-Villa Dining is a fine-dining experience within the comfort and convenience of your guest room or suite. Choose from an extensive menu, day or night, ideal for time-zone-hopping travellers, impromptu meetings or for quiet, private dining.
SpecialtiesOur breakfast menu ranges from classic items (with unique twists) such as fresh farm eggs with cold smoked Tasmanian salmon, Sayan smoothies, or banana pancakes, to Indonesian favourites such as Balinese noodles or rice porridge. Nutritionally balanced, healthy selections include home-made granola and egg-white omelettes. A Japanese breakfast is also available. Lunch or dinner include Western and Asian specialties such as Javanese style lamb stew, wok-charred prawns with pineapple sambal, leek and kemangi leaf, or a duo of crispy prawn and seafood spring rolls. Vegetarian dishes are also available. "Romance by the Ayung River" is a unique In-Villa Dining experience to savour in romantic seclusion. The delicious four-course dinner is discreetly served and the mood is set with fragrant flowers and candles. A picnic basket menu includes charred cajun spiced vegetables, sliced curried chicken salad, a club sandwich, a cinnamon apple pie and assorted Balinese sweets and fruits. In-Villa Dining also features an extensive selection of wines and other beverages.
