Our executive chef employs local ingredients, startlingly fresh seafood and pleasing local wines in his renowned approach to California wine country cuisine.

Customize Your Menu

For your wedding, our creative catering team will work with you to develop a customized menu that speaks to your tastes and personality. Creative menus can reflect a particular cuisine or incorporate personal elements, like the groom's favourite dish or a bride's family recipe, into a course that retains an elegant, contemporary air.

The Resort's unique reception settings can be matched by fun and interesting catering choices. For a rehearsal dinner guests won't soon forget, couples can host a clam bake on La Pacifica Terrace, complete with lobster tail and soda bar, followed by s'mores. For something more refined, a Spanish fiesta featuring tapas and wine pairings makes for a romantic menu theme.

Those celebrating well into the evening can enjoy a late-night food buffet featuring mini grilled cheese and burgers, while outside, butler-passed ice cream cones or ice cream sandwiches help refresh and cool dancers in need of a break.

Cakes and other desserts

Whether classic or couture, a wedding cake must look stunning, fit in with your overall theme and taste delicious. Choose from an extensive menu of popular cakes such as Valrhona chocolate génoise layered with a tangy citrus milk chocolate mousse or coconut chiffon layered with dark chocolate mousse, rich chocolate cream and almond dacquoise. Couples craving something unique can create their own combination of flavourings from more than 20 different options, or even bring in a family recipe.

Once you settle on just the right ingredients, an on-site Four Seasons expert will work with you to customize your dream cake, whether that entails replicating a cake from a magazine photo or incorporating monograms, details from the bride's gown, colours from a swatch of fabric or even fresh flowers.

Dessert stations offer an alternative to the traditional wedding cake or an additional treat for wedding guests. Interactive stations featuring cupcakes or customized ice cream flavours blended to order on a cold stone are always a big hit and offer a whimsical ending to your joyous celebration.
