The Ty Warner Cottage is the Resort's premier suite. These unique luxury quarters include a large salon with fireplace, fireplace in the master bedroom, plus a private, 1,000 square-foot (93 square-metre) garden patio.
- Nestled behind the main buildings, The Ty Warner Cottage features white plantation-shuttered windows and is located near the Monte Vista Lawn.
- The living room includes unique touches such as intimate window seats, formal dining room table and antique décor.
- The Spanish tile bathroom includes a rain shower, radiant heated floor and steam shower; a guest powder room is located off the living area.
