Four Seasons Health Club and Spa offers a fresh, new and revitalising spa experience. For the first time in Riyadh, the all-men's Spa offers a full range of spa treatments for the modern man. Combat the stresses of everyday life with your choice of relaxing spa treatments. The expanded spa menu includes body wraps and facial treatments from Phytomer, as well as specific treatments such as facial massage, foot massage and reflexology, and hand and scalp massage during hydrobaths and body wraps. For the ultimate in indulgence, a full-day spa package is available to Hotel guests and to the city's businessmen.
The newly refurbished Health Club offers the latest in cardiovascular equipment, luxurious locker facilities, whirlpool, cold plunge pool, sauna, steam room, outdoor swimming pool and plasma screen televisions. In the coming months, Four Seasons Health Club and Spa will introduce new body resistance machines in the gym, and will also launch new personal training programmes.
