For the first time in Riyadh, our all-men's Spa offers a full range of spa treatments for the modern man. Combat the stresses of everyday life with one of our spa treatments. Our expanded spa menu now includes body wraps and facial treatments from Phytomer, as well as specific treatments such as facial massage, foot massage and reflexology, and hand and scalp massage during hydrobaths and body wraps. We also now offer the ultimate in indulgence – a full-day spa package, available to Hotel guests and to the city's businessmen.

Our newly refurbished Health Club now offers the latest in cardiovascular equipment, luxurious locker facilities, whirlpool, cold plunge pool, sauna, steam room, outdoor swimming pool and plasma screen televisions. In the coming months, Four Seasons Health Club and Spa will introduce new body resistance machines in the gym, and will also launch new personal training programmes.
