With our Meetings for All Seasons half-day meeting package, we help to ensure that all the essential elements are in place for your meeting, allowing you to concentrate on business at hand.
This package includes:
- Use of an appropriate venue chosen from among the Hotel’s varied function rooms, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
- A choice of seating arrangements
- Tools essential for an effective meeting, such as writing pads, pencils, flip charts or a whiteboard with markers, as well as mints, mineral water and facial tissues for attendees
- Welcome refreshments on arrival, a mid-morning coffee break, and a business buffet lunch with beverages
- Lectern with microphone, two wired microphones, LCD projector with built-in screen, and a 1x Internet connection
- Local daily newspapers
- Complimentary meeting room rental, subject to number of attendees
- Complimentary self-parking for attendees
