Planning for Your Success
Ensuring a harmonious and productive meeting or conference is the number one priority of our staff. We have an extensive selection of well-designed conference and meeting venues for groups from 8 to 3,000. As always, our experienced on-site support team is available to respond to your requests, whether it's a technical issue or special menu for a luncheon. No detail is overlooked.
Technical assistance
The audiovisual equipment is owned and operated by an in-house audiovisual department. Technicians are available for each sales appointment as well as attending the function. We have state-of-the-art equipment, which includes such items as:
- Teleconferencing
- LCD projectors
- Plasma televisions
- Screens, flipcharts, easels and marker boards
- Wired or wireless Internet access in meeting rooms
Receiving and maintenance
The Hotel features a full-service shipping and receiving office. All packages should be sent to the attention of your catering sales manager. They will be stored in a separate conference storage area. Limited space is available for the storage of large items. Please time shipping to the date of your arrival.
Receiving dock
Please contact the receiving department or our catering sales manager to make arrangements for delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment.
Post-conference shipping
Shipping of post-conference materials may be coordinated through your catering sales manager.
Maintenance
The engineering department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.
