Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh offers an extensive selection of well-designed conference and meeting venues for groups from 8 to 4,500. Its 4,765 square metres (51,290 square feet) of function space include the opulent Kingdom Ballroom – with 10.5 metre (34 feet)-high ceilings and its own private entrance – that can be divided into four smaller salons. On the Business Centre Level, three boardrooms can host a variety of private events, from all-day executive meetings to confidential dinners, for up to 10 people. Stylishly decorated, including crystal chandeliers, every venue is able to meet the most demanding high-tech requirements. The Conference Garden offers a delightful al fresco option for receptions of up to 150.

Technical assistance

The audiovisual equipment is owned and operated by an in-house audiovisual department. Technicians are available for each sales appointment as well as attending the function. The equipment is state-of-the-art, and includes such items as:

• Screens, flipcharts, easels and marker boards

Receiving and maintenance

The Hotel features a full-service shipping and receiving office. All packages should be sent to the attention of your Catering Sales Manager. They will be stored in a separate conference storage area. Limited space is available for the storage of large items. Please time shipping to the date of your arrival.

Receiving dock
Please contact the Receiving Department or our Catering Sales Manager to make arrangements for delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment.

Post-conference shipping
Shipping of post-conference materials may be coordinated through your Catering Sales Manager.

Maintenance
The Engineering Department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.
