The spa facilities located at the Resort are owned and operated by the owner of the Resort. All rules and regulations regarding access and use of the spa facilities, including payment of fees, are established by the owner of the Resort.
The resort is not currently affiliated or associated with any particular ski facility providing ski privileges to potential Fractional Interest Owners or guests of the resort and, as such, no ski privileges are associates with the ownership of a Fractional Interest at the resort.
