Construction Updates

Site Construction Update as of September 22, 2008

Construction of Four Seasons Resort Vail continues at a rapid pace. Concrete work has been completed for the ninth and tenth floors of the building. As can be seen in these photos, r oof steel is currently being placed on the Residence Club, Private Residence and Hotel wings.

The mechanical contractor is installing over a mile of plumbing piping every week throughout floors 1-5. Additionally, air handling units and duct work are being placed throughout floors 1-5. Interior and exterior framing is underway through floor 7. Exterior waterproofing is approximately 15% complete and will continue throughout September.
