The villas of Four Seasons Residence Club Punta Mita were designed by Diego Villaseñor, the celebrated Mexican architect who was responsible for designing the entire Four Seasons Resort. Each villa is fully furnished and luxuriously appointed in the most sophisticated Mexican style. Floor plans highlight outdoor living and ocean views.

  • Two-Bedroom Villas feature 257 square metres (2,774 square feet) to 277 square metres (2,983 square feet) of indoor/outdoor living space – accommodating four to six people.
  • Three-Bedroom Villas feature 287 square metres (3,090 square feet) to 311 square metres (3,347 square feet) of indoor/outdoor living space – accommodating six to eight people.
  • Four-Bedroom Penthouse Villas have two layouts: Villa A featuring 402 square metres (4,327 square feet) and Villa B featuring 399 square metres (4,295 square feet) of indoor/outdoor living space – accommodating eight to ten people.
