Tiki torches, votive candles and tall white lanterns will surround the event area. White fabric will be delicately placed around the palm trees and will appear as if dancing with the gentle breeze. Sets of sophisticated white lounge furniture together with glowing white cocktail tables will provide guests with perfect areas to relax. The buffet will be decorated with an array of beautiful white flower arrangements. The tables will be glowing with luxurious white linen and sophisticated white tiffany chairs. Stunning centerpieces of elegant white dendrobium orchids combined with floating candles in crystal glass bowls full of white perfumed scented gardenias will create that special touch on all the tables.

• Tequila Tasting: It’s time to change your perception of Tequila! This talk is about dignifying this regional drink. The place where it all started, the town of Tequila, is only 2 hours away from Punta Mita. Discover and learn to identify, analyze and understand the characteristics of this noble drink. Scent, taste and appearance will be part of the exquisite learning experience where you will uncover how tequila was born.
  
  
• Huichol Ritual and Display of Art Work: Only few people know that the Huicholes are the only indigenous living culture that prevails in its unique way of life in the region of the Sierra Madre Mountains. Living in small scattered settlements high in the Mountains of central-west Mexico, it is an indigenous tribe of very unique and magical people - the Huichol Indians. The rich cultural heritage of the Huichol Indians is indeed the real treasure of the Sierra Madre.

A formal ballroom with lofty ceilings, the Tokí B Ballroom is nestled in a private-function room area. Meal set-up is accommodated in an adjoining room, and guests can wander into an outdoor courtyard to enjoy the night air.

Natural light fills this intimate room during the day through large windows that afford a beautiful courtyard view.

The Eka Room is small and private with large windows overlooking a courtyard, allowing natural daylight to infuse the space.
