AramaraAramara, meaning "a sacred place by the ocean" in the Huichol language, features our "Chino Latino" cuisine; a melting pot of Latin American and Asian flavours and culinary styles. The terrace, overlooking the pool area and the Pacific Ocean, comfortably seats 70 people. The interior includes a sophisticated dining experience for 40 guests as well as Metzeri, a small private dining room which seats 14 people. The lively Aramara Bar invites you to enjoy delicious cocktails in an elegant alfresco ambience with daily live music. Cuban and Mexican cigars are available as well as an extensive selection of certified tequila brands. SpecialtiesA daily five-course chef’s menu showcases fresh local ingredients, with a focus on Mexican flavours such as chocolate, chilli, vanilla and tequila. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, menus feature fresh seafood from the Pacific, including tuna and lobster. On Fridays, guests can experience the chef’s table in Metzeri, sharing stories with our chefs while enjoying a six-course wine-pairing menu.
