Located in The Spa, Infusion Café offers a soothing, sun-filled atmosphere and an outdoor terrace with views over the spa garden. It's the perfect spot to relax before or after spa treatments, or to enjoy a casual get-together with friends.
Our chef's menu focuses on light and healthy cuisine, featuring the finest local produce and the flavours of Provence. Fresh juices and smoothies, coffee, teas and herbal infusions are also served.

Specialties include steamed young turbot with olive-tree leaves, tender vegetables and citrino oil; lavender-marinated salmon; iced strawberry soup accented with vanilla-flavoured pink grapefruit; and poached peach in almond milk with thyme-scented honey.
