Executive Chef Philippe Jourdin's menu focuses on well-being, with a selection of light and healthy cuisine featuring the finest local produce and the flavours of Provence. Water from a wide variety of international sources, hot and cold herbal teas, coffee, fresh juices and power drinks are also served. Seats 36 (14 inside, 22 outside).
