Awarded two stars by the prestigious Michelin Guide, Faventia offers a dazzling gastronomic experience, supervised by Executive Chef Philippe Jourdin. Showcasing contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with a Provençal influence, Chef Jourdin uses the finest local ingredients, creating a cuisine that is simple yet full of flavour. An intriguing wine list focuses on outstanding local vintages and acclaimed international labels.
From its hilltop vantage point, Faventia (“Fayence” in Latin) features sweeping views over the nearby villages of Callian and Montauroux. The interior offers a warm yet airy ambience. Local stonework highlights the walls, providing an elegant backdrop for sculpture and artwork, while dark wooden floors and soaring ceilings give a sense of contemporary chic. Guests may dine indoors, or al fresco on a shaded terrace.
