Providing one of America's finest dining experiences, award-winning Fountain Restaurant offers well-spaced tables, rich fabrics and warm woods that characterise the restaurant's design. Tables with views of the Swann Fountain are especially popular.
The cuisine features a classic technique and global influence, with a focus on local resources. A children's menu is provided.

New Year's Eve
For one night, the Swann Lounge and the Fountain Restaurant become one. There will be a dance floor, with full orchestra and a seven-course dinner, commencing with an hors d'oevre and champagne reception at 7:00 pm and capped with a balloon drop at midnight. Attire is black tie.
