Transfer and Greeting Services

Let us help ensure an easy start your stay in the City of Light. With the assistance of our expert greeting service, your Four Seasons experience will begin as soon as you step off the plane or train, when our greeter will meet you and escort you through customs and immigration before introducing you to your driver.

AIRPORT-HOTEL TRANSFER (ONE WAY)

All international airlines and Air France are served by Charles de Gaulle International Airport, 25 kilometres (15 miles) from the Hotel. Domestic flights by Air France and some European airlines use Orly Airport, 15 kilometres (9.3 miles) from the Hotel. Our greeter will meet guests at the plane, guide them through customs and assist with their luggage before introducing them to their driver.

TRAIN STATION-HOTEL TRANSFER (ONE WAY)
On arrival via Eurostar at Gare du Nord, guests will be met after customs by one of our brown-uniformed agents, who will be holding a Four Seasons panel. The agent will then introduce guests to their driver. Please be advised that porters, hosts and drivers are not permitted to go beyond the customs area to access the platform.

On arrival at Gare de Lyon, Austerlitz, Montparnasse, St Lazare or de Gare l’Est, guests will be met at the end of the platform by an agent who will be holding a Four Seasons panel. The agent will then introduce guests to their driver.

TRANSFER CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be communicated to the concierge desk at least three hours prior to guest's expected arrival time. Late cancellations will result in the transfer price being charged to the guest's room account.

Our concierge team remains at your disposal for any additional information regarding booking a vehicle for your use in Paris or for day trips beyond the city.

Hermès-Inspired Rolls-Royce Phantom

For airport pick-up, day trips or business in Paris, the Hotel offers the world’s only Hermès-inspired, hand-built Rolls-Royce Phantom, custom made to the Hotel’s specifications by the famous English luxury car designer in collaboration with the legendary French fashion house. The partnership has resulted in an amazing automobile that combines elegance, power and comfort. Five drivers have been appointed by the Hotel and specially trained by Rolls-Royce to operate the car, which features a romantic canopy consisting of 800 lights, so guests in the back seat can enjoy a starry-eyed ambience as they cruise through the City of Light.

A day trip starts from EUR 3,800, a two-hour trip starts from EUR 700 and an airport pick-up is priced at EUR 750.
