This fall, join Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, seven celebrated chefs and 14 of the world's most acclaimed wineries for the Wine & Food Classic. Hosted by Executive Chef Darryl Moiles, this interactive and informative weekend features opportunities to meet leading chefs and wine makers. Sample inspired food and wine pairings, expand your knowledge of the world's wine-growing regions and put your culinary skills to the test by preparing a course alongside a noted chef.

The event package is $630 per person ($1210 per couple) for attendance at all weekend events. Guests may also choose to attend individual events at the rates listed on this page. Event participants can also take advantage of a special $150 per night room rate.

Guests can also purchase an event package with a two-night stay for $880 per person ($1460 per couple).  

Reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Should you need to cancel all or part of this reservation, please allow 5 days notice. Reservations cancelled within 5 days of the event will be charged in full.

Chef Darryl Moiles, five of the East Coast’s top Four Seasons chefs, and celebrity chef Guenter Seeger host interactive food stations while 14 wineries pour wines representing different wine-growing regions. Fashion showing by Luca Luca with a luxury car display by Braman Motors. Pravda martinis and Frida Kahlo margaritas complete the evening.

“In the Terroir of Burgundy” Seminar

Travel with us as we explore the beauty of the Burgundy terroir (“land”) and sample some of the velvety Pinot Noirs and crisp Chardonnays it produces. Leading us will be DC Flynt, acclaimed “Master of Wine,” who is one of only 22 masters in the United States.

“Chef Darryl’s Cook-off Challenge” & Lunch

Put your culinary skills to the test in this ultimate interactive lunch. Participants will pair into teams and, under the direction of a Chef coach, create an appetizer to be judged by a panel of critics. Lunch, featuring the wines of Ferrari-Carano, follows with a menu inspired by the competition. Informal fashion presentation hosted by Luca Luca.

The evening kicks off in high style, starting off with a cocktail reception followed by informal modeling by Van Cleef & Arpels and a silent charity auction/raffle (proceeds will be donated to UM/Sylvester towards cancer research). Reception also includes a decadent Pravda Martini Bar, carefully crafted hors d’oeuvres and free-flowing Champagne and wine. From there, you will move into a seven-course dinner (each course meticulously prepared by a different chef) paired with seven wines, plus dancing to the music of Jimmy Stowe & the Stowaways Band.
