General information

The Town of Palm Beach, a luxury oceanfront resort destination, is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. It covers an area 14 miles (22 kilometres) long and is only 0.5 miles (1 kilometre) wide at its widest point. Its attractions include beautiful weather all year round, distinctive architecture and a winter social season. Spectator sports such as Spring training baseball, polo, golf and tennis are particularly popular. The town's population varies from 10,000 to 30,000, depending on the season.
