Relax before or after your therapy in an experience shower, ice shower or steam room. Or, after a sauna, step outside to a private patio to refresh in a plunge pool.

Active Pleasures
Our 9,700-square-foot (901-square-metre) fitness centre allows guests to keep up with their cardio and weight training routines, arrange a session with a personal trainer, receive a fitness assessment, or enjoy a class such as yoga. An indoor pool provides a quiet setting for laps. The men’s and women’s locker facilities each have sauna and steam, as well as hot and cold plunge pools.

Abundant Water
Two outdoor pools – an active pool and a quiet pool that is ideal for laps – sparkle like aquamarine gems set in lush gardens. Large terraces are amply supplied with lounge chairs, shaded areas and cabanas, and attendants with fresh towels or a refreshing spritz are never far away. A whirlpool offers another place to unwind on the pool deck. For younger guests, a lazy river ride and spectacular splash pad are part of a separate children’s pool area.
