The Hotel

As a NYC meeting venue or private party space, Four Seasons is the leading choice for any event for up to 175 guests – catered and created to complete success by our expert staff. The Hotel’s three adaptable function rooms each have double-height windows on two sides, maximizing light and views. The sculptural staircase between the lobby and second floor will become the setting for wedding photographs in New York.     The 2,943-square-foot (274-square-metre) Ballroom combines an open, airy ambience with a touch of drama in the contemporary chandelier. Like its 1,458-square-foot (136-square-metre) pre-function area, the Ballroom divides in two for flexibility.

Receiving and Maintenance

The Hotel features a full-service, 24-hour shipping and receiving office. All packages should be sent to the attention of a group's name and its conference services manager. Packages will be stored in a separate conference storage area. Limited space is available for the storage of large items. Please time shipping to the date of your arrival.

 

Post-conference Shipping

Shipping of post-conference materials may be coordinated through your conference services manager.

Receiving Dock

Please contact your conference services manager to make special arrangements for delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment.

 

Maintenance

The neighbourhoods surrounding the Hotel are perfect for groups wanting to get out, but not go to far. Dine-arounds are best organized by  neighbourhood and we recommend Tribeca, Seaport District, Hudson River Park in season, West Villageand the Meatpacking District.
