Black tie menu

This menu features a reception with a choice of six canapés to be passed for one hour and one reception station; additional stations are offered starting at USD 20 per person.

The Four Seasons dinner menu includes bread service with Vermont creamery butter, one soup or appetiser, one salad, two entrées, one dessert and wedding cake by Ron Ben Israel or Sylvia Weinstock. Freshly brewed coffee, decaffeinated coffee and assorted teas, cream and milk complete the evening.
