Classic elegance
The Classic Elegance menu offers a reception with a choice of four canapés to be passed for 45 minutes to one hour. The Four Seasons dinner includes bread service with Vermont creamery butter, one appetiser, two entrées and one dessert. A choice of one vegetarian alternative is available on request. Guests are invited to bring their own wedding cake (cake-cutting fee is included).
Black tie
The Black Tie menu features a reception with a choice of six canapés to be passed for one hour and one reception station; additional stations are offered starting at USD 20.00 per person. The Four Seasons dinner menu includes bread service with Vermont creamery butter, one soup or appetiser, one salad, two entrées, one dessert and wedding cake. Freshly brewed coffee and assorted teas, cream, and milk complete the evening.
Rehearsal dinner
The Rehearsal Dinner menu offers a half-hour reception with a choice of four canapés. Dinner includes bread service with Vermont creamery butter, one appetiser, one entrée, one dessert, freshly brewed coffee, decaffeinated coffee and assorted teas, cream and milk.
Post-wedding brunch buffet
The Post-Wedding Brunch Buffet is an elegant thank-you for the guests the day after the wedding, and the perfect honeymoon send-off for the newlyweds.
