Savour a bit of exquisite caviar in a setting equally as splendid. The Calvisius Caviar Lounge—with its cozy atmosphere and 1930’s art deco elegance—makes it home at Four Seasons Hotel New York. The only lounge of its kind in the world, it prepares small dishes with two types of Italian roe—white sturgeon and Oscietra, along with a fine selection of champagne, Italian sparkling wine and superior vodkas.
