Comfort, space and seclusion reign supreme in the Resort's private residences. Two- to six-bedroom resort residences and residence villas are available for rental in this relaxed setting where Four Seasons services and amenities make for a seamless stay.

Homes range from duplex-style resort residences with wraparound verandas and lush gardens, just steps from Pinney's Beach, to elegant residence villas perched on the slopes of Mount Nevis. Stunning views of the Caribbean Sea surround. You can choose from more than 40 residences, arranged in four distinct neighbourhoods: Palm Grove, Sunset Hill, Mahogany Hill and Belmont. Each home features its own view of the Resort's Robert Trent Jones II golf course, and most boast private plunge or infinity pools.

Palm Grove
Just a short stroll from the pools, beaches, golf course and all other Resort facilities, Palm Grove resort residences are ideally located for a truly memorable vacation experience.

Sunset Hill
Conveniently located, Sunset Hill is a five-minute golf-cart ride away from the Resort. Residence villas are arranged in a distinctive neighbourhood with stunning sunset views of the golf course and the Caribbean Sea.

Mahogany Hill
These residence villas, nestled in a private enclave high upon the mountain, are reminiscent of stately British West Indian plantation homes. They feature lush gardens and sweeping views of the ocean and St. Kitts, Nevis' sister island, in the distance.

Belmont Estate
Located a 10-minute drive from the Resort, this neighbourhood enjoys spectacular views of Nevis Peak, St. Kitts and the golf course.
