Prato

Prato brings Italian cuisine and Mediterranean flair to the Hotel. High ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides of the restaurant flood the interior with light, creating a bright, comfortable setting for business meetings and social occasions.

In the evening, candles and lanterns transform Prato. Following a Bellini aperitif or glass of Prosecco at the bar, savour modern Italian dishes with ingredients imported from Italy, as well as seasonal à la carte and vegetarian options.

Lunch features an à la carte menu and a daily set menu, while breakfast offers an extensive international selection comprising continental, American, Indian and Japanese favourites. Vegetarian and children's menus are also available. Seats 60.

Specialties

Highlights include birchermuesli, prosciutto San Daniele, crab and tomato omelettes and coddled eggs with soldiers. Authentic Italian gelati and Italian-style cappuccino are lunch favourites. Dinner selections include clams and cherry tomatoes, seafood and venison, and homemade pasta, as well as creative "taster" desserts and ristretto coffees. Our imaginatively presented friandise round out a perfect meal.
