The elegant Ballroom hosts 170 for dinner – or 300 when combined with the Ballroom Foyer. Five other function rooms, including two formal boardrooms, suit parties of 12 to 70. All packages should be sent to the attention of the event's name and the Hotel's catering manager. Keep in mind that limited space is available for storage of large items, and please time shipping to the date of your arrival. Shipping of post-conference materials may be coordinated through the Hotel's Concierge or catering manager. The engineering department is available for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.
