Wellness Classes

During our tailored wellness classes, absorb the purity of the Resort’s surroundings to help balance your energy and improve your overall well-being. Wellness classes combine the relaxing and harmonizing practices of yoga and meditation to improve energy flow and physical strength, leaving the body revitalized and the spirit soothed.

Taking place on either the white-sand shores of the Resort’s secluded beach or on the peaceful waterside patio at the Spa, wellness classes are available for group and private instruction, and difficulty levels are adjusted to suit the ability of each participant.

Sun Salutation

This flowing series of 12 sun-praising postures promotes strength and flexibility in the muscles and the spinal column.

5 Tibetan Rituals

Five carefully designed exercises benefit and enhance anti-ageing, body weight maintenance and improvement of overall flexibility and strength.
