Bambou
Situated on the Resort's private island, Ile aux Chats, and facing a white-sand beach, Bambou offers a relaxed poolside location with a focus on pan-Asian and Mauritian cuisine. One of the few restaurants on Mauritius with a teppanyaki grill, it also has a sushi bar and a bar that faces the ocean. The casual and spacious multi-level dining area offers both indoor and outdoor seating.

Enjoy the exquisite taste of Mauritian cuisine – a delicious mix of occidental culinary traditions with the spicy and savoury flavours of the East. Some items offered on the menu include smoked marlin, the famed octopus and green papaya vindaye and marinated fresh coconut cream.
Indian night
Indian food has evolved over centuries and has flourished under India’s many rulers. Our chef has developed a menu that follows the traditional art of Indian cooking, offering you a selection of dishes bursting with flavour. Spices range from hot to mild, offering something for every palate.
Barbecue night
Everything seems to taste exponentially better when savoured out in the fresh air and under the stars. On this night, our chef offers a wonderful array of barbecued steaks, lobster and seafood, prepared especially for you.
