Bambou

Situated on the Resort's private island, Ile aux Chats, and facing a white-sand beach, Bambou offers a relaxed poolside location with a focus on pan-Asian and Mauritian cuisine. One of the few restaurants on the island with a teppanyaki grill, it also has a sushi bar and a bar that faces the ocean. The casual and spacious multi-level dining area offers both indoor and outdoor seating.
