Your bridal party can choose from our masterfully blended prêt-à-porter fragrances or work with our specialised melangeur to create a customised demi-blend of scents for an elegant, unique event.

Wedding specialist

Your Four Seasons Wedding Manager will take you through every step of the wedding planning process for your stay at Four Seasons Resort Maui. Working closely with you, the Wedding Manager will be your contact for the wedding ceremony, reception and activities.

Together you can determine your choice of flowers, music, photographer, videographer, cake flavours, vows and menus for your special day. Your Wedding Manager is ready to book your appointments for wedding licence, in-room hair and make-up, spa times, even group tee-times. You can relax while we orchestrate the wedding of your dreams.

Public area available for pictures

The Resort and its grounds include a number of photogenic settings. For guests only - subject to availability.

Licence for ceremony

To obtain a marriage licence in Maui, you will be required to pay a licensing fee. Both bride and groom must be in attendance at the Marriage License Office with valid photo identification. Your Wedding Manager will be pleased to arrange your appointment, including transportation to and from the Marriage License Office.

Flowers

We are happy to assist you in choosing and designing your bridal flowers, as well as reception and dinner flowers.

Cakes

Our talented in-house Pastry Chef will create a customised wedding cake in the flavour you desire. If you have a photograph of a special cake, we will be happy to prepare that cake for you.

Menu creations

At Four Seasons Resort Maui, we pride ourselves on our culinary creativity. We are pleased to custom-design a menu that will suit your specific needs, from a rehearsal luau or bridal shower luncheon to a spectacular evening celebration.

Linens and tabletop décor

Four Seasons offers a basic level of superior linens, cutlery, china and glassware for all banquet tables. Special colours, patterns or designs may be obtained for a nominal rental fee.

Transportation

At your request, Four Seasons can arrange local transportation for you or your visiting guests.

Salon, spa and beauty services

A wedding can be a stressful time. While you are guests of Four Seasons, you are invited to make use of our on-site fitness facilities, with our compliments. View fitness facilities

You may also wish to book a restful massage or rejuvenating spa treatment at the Resort's award-winning spa. To assist with hair and make-up, a salon with aesthetic services is conveniently on premises. View spa and salon services
