Art Collection Podcast

Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea features a museum-quality collection of contemporary art reflecting the many cultures and influences unique to the Hawaiian Islands. The collection showcases works from Hawaii's statehood in 1950 to the present. This podcast audio programme discusses the works on view in the public areas of the Resort. Master chanter and Kumu Hula Charles Ka'upu hosts the programme. Grammy-nominated Hawaii recording artist Keali'i Reichel generously contributed music. The podcast also features interviews with many of the artists in our collection. We visited them in their studios and talked to them about the process of making art and what inspires them.

Follow the links below to download the programme. The file is about the same length as a music album. Once you've downloaded the programme, you can burn a CD or transfer the file to an iPod or other portable device and bring it with you on your visit to Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. An accompanying brochure about the collection is available through the Concierge.
