The catering and conference service team will be happy to assist with setting up the décor and arranging any type of music or entertainment for your event.

Receiving and maintenance

Full-service shipping and receiving are available at the Resort. All packages should be sent to the attention of your assigned conference service manager. Limited space is available for the storage of large items. Please time shipping to the date of your arrival.

Family programmes

The Kids For All Seasons programme makes your visit more enjoyable. Professionally organised activities are fun and educational, with an emphasis on contemporary and traditional Hawaiian arts, crafts and games. Upon check-in, children receive a personal invitation to participate in Kids For All Seasons. Teen programmes are also offered. The Games Room is equipped with pool tables, ping-pong tables, foosball, state-of-the-art electronic games and a large flat-screen television; access is complimentary.

The Resort provides a variety of items for babies and children at no charge, including child-sized bathrobes, cribs and rollaway beds, bottles, toys and baby toiletries. Children's menus are available in Resort restaurants and through In-Room Dining. Babysitting services may be arranged. We would also be pleased to help arrange appropriate off-site activities for visiting families.
