Early arrivals and late departures

If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our comfortably furnished Aloha Suite, complete with televisions and shower facilities, available for you to freshen up.

Guaranteed reservations and deposits

At Four Seasons, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). If a room is not available, we will arrange your accommodation in another hotel at our expense, and provide transportation to and from Four Seasons as reasonable. All reservations made through the web site must be guaranteed with a major credit card. A two-night deposit is required for all bookings. Please check for full deposit requirements at time of booking.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations for a Hotel room reservation must be received 21 days (or 30 days for deluxe suites) prior to the expected day of arrival, and may differ by arrival date and room type. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Hotel will charge for both the first and last nights' room and tax. If the length of stay of the guaranteed reservation is shortened within the 21- or 30-day cancellation period, the Hotel will charge for one night's accommodation. Smoke-free hotel

In compliance with Hawaii state law, we are a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms, guest room lanais, and public areas such as restaurants, lounges, pool deck and lawns. We appreciate your cooperation. Designated smoking areas are available throughout the property.
