Transportation
The Hotel is adjacent to Tokyo Station, the terminal station for Shinkansen, Narita Express, all major Bullet trains and major suburban and commuter rail lines. It is a three-minute walk from the Yaesu South Exit (Yaesu Minami-Guchi) of Tokyo Station to the Hotel. Turn right when exiting Tokyo Station and the Hotel can be found on the same side of the street as the station, in a 31-storey building, Pacific Century Place Marunouchi, at the Kajibashi Intersection.
The Hotel is also walking distance from the following subway lines:
- Ginza Line at Kyobashi Station, Exit 5; three minutes
- Yurakucho Line at Ginza 1-chome Station, Exit 1; four minutes

Four Seasons personnel will meet guests in the arrival hall (immediately outside the customs exit) and assist with currency exchange and ground transportation. Guests will then be escorted to the boarding area for the local transportation of their preference. For guests choosing to take the Narita Express train into the city (the fastest way to central Tokyo), Four Seasons personnel will greet them on their arrival platform at Tokyo Station, assist with luggage and escort them to the Hotel. A minimum 24-hour advance reservation is required with confirmed flight details; service fee applies.

By rail
- Take JR's Narita Express train to Tokyo Station.
- Runs approximately every 30 minutes.
- At Tokyo Station, take the Yaesu South Exit (Yaesu Minami Guchi) from the terminal and turn right to find the Hotel, which is located in a 31-storey office building, Pacific Century Place, at Kajibashi Intersection; about a three-minute walk.
By bus
- Take the Airport Limousine bus to Tokyo Station Yaesu South Exit.
- Runs every 15-30 minutes.
By car
- Take the Higashi Kanto Tollway to the Wangan Expressway.
- Take the Wangan Expressway to the Shuto Expressway.
- Get off at the Ginza Exit.
- Proceed to Kajibashi Intersection at the corner of Sotobori Dori Avenue and Kajibashi Dori Avenue.
