This bespoke, spiritual journey combines pranayama (deep breathing), muscle strengthening, stretching and meditation and is available in private sessions or group classes, helping you to find inner and outer peace from the idyllic setting of our Resort.
About the instructor
Born and raised in Rishikesh, India – internationally known as the “yoga capital of the world” – Manoj Uniyal has been practising as a certified yoga teacher for many years. He describes his practise as a spiritual getaway that helps people cleanse and reconnect with their body, mind and spirit.
