For Families & Special Needs

We welcome families with a special suite of amenities just for children and those travelling with them. Children 18 years old and under can be accommodated free of charge in their parents’ room or suite in a crib or rollaway. Connecting rooms are also available. No-smoking rooms are available, as are babysitting services. We recommend contacting the Resort directly to make the best arrangements.

Early Arrivals and Late Departures

If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.

Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits

At Four Seasons, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). If a room is not available, we will arrange your accommodation in another hotel at our expense, and provide transportation to and from Four Seasons as reasonable. All reservations made through the web site must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at time of booking. Please note that while our rates are quoted in euros (EUR), Moroccan law requires that the bill be paid in Moroccan dirham (MAD). The rate is converted upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for a guest room reservation must be received at least 24 hours prior to 3:00 pm on the expected day of arrival, and may differ by arrival date and room type. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Resort will charge for one night's accommodation. Please note that cancellation policies may differ according to arrival date and room type; for details of cancellation policies and deposit requirements, please check at time of booking.

Note: Cancellations for Presidential Suite and Royal Villa reservations must be received at least 14 days prior to expected arrival date, or a penalty equal to the cost of the total scheduled stay plus taxes will be billed. The same policy applies to no-shows. Presidential Suite reservations require a full prepayment made no later than 14 days prior to expected arrival date. Reservations over New Year's are subject to a 7-day cancellation policy.
