Transfers:
Seaplane transfers to Landaa Giraavaru from Kuda Huraa or Malé are not included in the Bed and Breakfast package. Please note that the seaplane operates during the daytime only; guests bound for Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru who arrive after 4:00 pm are required to spend a night at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa prior to transferring to Landaa Giraavaru. On the day of departure, guests will go either to Kuda Huraa or Malé International Airport.
Maximum baggage allowance per person for a seaplane transfer is 20 kilograms (44 pounds) for checked luggage and 5 kilograms (11 pounds) for hand luggage. Round-trip seaplane transfers are priced at USD 520 per adult and USD 260 per child ages 2 to 12.
Additional Guests:
There is no additional accommodation charge for a third person sharing a guest room; however, a mandatory breakfast charge applies to additional guests as follows: adults – USD 40 per night plus tax and service charge; children ages 4 to 12 – USD 20 per night plus tax and service charge; children ages 0 to 3 – complimentary.
Meal Plans:
Dinner only – USD 95 per adult; USD 47.50 per child ages 6 to 12
Lunch and dinner – USD 140 per adult; USD 70 per child ages 6 to 12
Meal plan prices are subject to 10% service charge and 8.8% goods and services tax and do not include beverages.
Festive Season:
A minimum stay of 10 nights is required for arrivals between December 21, 2013, and January 5, 2014. Check-outs are not permitted on December 30 or 31, 2013, or January 1, 2014. Guests whose stay includes the night of Christmas Eve (December 24, 2013) or New Year's Eve (December 31, 2013) are obliged to purchase our Christmas Eve dinner for USD 300 per adult and USD 150 per child, and our New Year’s Eve dinner for USD 375 per adult and USD 187.50 per child. Taxes, service charges and gratuities are not included.

Rates are per room, per night, vary by arrival date and/or length of stay, and do not include applicable taxes, service charges, levies, resort fees, gratuities or surcharges, unless otherwise noted. Early departure fees may apply. Rates are subject to change. If more than two guests are staying in one bungalow or pavillion, inclusions for additional guests are available at an additional charge. Rates are subject to 10% service charge, 8.8% GST and government bed tax of USD 8 per person, per night.
Effective January 1, 2014, the government Goods and Services Tax (GST) will increase from 8.8% to 11%. In accordance with government regulations, room rates and goods and services associated with the Resort will be subject to the new 11% GST.
