Kids For All Seasons

The Kuda Velaa ("little turtle") Club keeps our youngest guests entertained during their stay, with exciting games, cultural craft-making, educational activities and beach fun. It is open for children from the ages of 4 to 12.

Majaa Maizan is open for teenagers from the ages of 13 to 18. This young adults club is equipped with a pool table, table football, video games, a plasma screen television and internet access.

All are under the supervision of our Kids' Coordinator. Children aged three or under are welcome when accompanied by an adult guardian.

Sample activities

Our programme at the Kuda Velaa Club aims to keep kids active outdoors, allowing them to experience the Maldivian spirit. Kids can take part in:

• Out and about – nature walks, sandcastle building, beach games and palm tree picnics
• Getting wet – swimming, snorkelling and kayaking
• Show your talents – palm leaf folding, making beach wind chimes and friendship bracelets
• Treasure hunts
• Tennis lessons
• Dhivehi language practice
