Lobster Night Tuesdays – Every Tuesday night, delight in the fresh, intense flavours of Chef Aldo's Sardinian-inspired specialties. Featuring the “King of the Crustaceans,” the five-course menu is complemented by a selection of Italian and Sardinian wines.
Located at the western end of the island overlooking a 2-kilometre (1.2-mile) lagoon, Blu embraces the essence of the Maldives as the place where the ocean meets the sky. From the restaurant pavilion on one side or the Blu Bar pavilion on the other, you can watch the sun sink below the horizon. The restaurant serves light antipasti, pizza and pasta during the day and fine Italian cuisine in the evening.
