Men’s and ladies’ aesthetic services are available at the Spa, including barber services. Hair treatments using traditional oils restore lustre and colour – perfect for hair and scalp conditioning. Manicures and pedicures include a sea-salt scrub and hand or foot massage with ocean lotion.

Hair treatments

Thalavun faruvaa

The secret to lustrous, shiny and healthy hair amongst Asian women is this traditional hair treatment, which uses pure coconut oil combined with deep scalp massage. The coconut oil we use is infused with fenugreek, cinnamon, star anise and sandalwood. A hand massage is an added treat while hair is cocooned in warm, moist towels for intense nourishing. We recommend that the oil be left in the hair for two to three hours after application.

Crème hair bath

This Indonesian treatment begins with a stimulating shampoo. A conditioning scalp massage follows, using a moisturising hair crème combined with your choice of avocado or aloe vera. The scalp is then wrapped with warm towels to ensure deep penetration of the natural nutrients.

Manicures and pedicures

• Spa manicure – This deluxe citrus treatment is the ultimate facial for the hands. Begin with cleansing and intense exfoliation using a rich blend of crystalline citric acid and vitamin E to rejuvenate and deeply hydrate the skin. Then, restore the skin to a youthful radiance with a hand massage using essential-oil-infused ceramide and vitamins. Leave with glowing hands and perfectly polished nails.

• Spa pedicure – This refreshing marine-inspired treatment for the feet involves a four-step exfoliation process using beach sand, quartz crystals and sea salt. Feet are wrapped in a cooling marine algae mask with hydrating sea extracts and soothing mineral clays. Treat the heels with a cucumber therapy to restore moisture and soften the soles. Finish with a pampering foot and calf massage and polish for the nails.
