Entered from the Hotel's dramatic central staircase, the Ballroom is the ideal setting for social and business events, within the very heart of the Hotel. It can accommodate weddings and dinner dances for up to 300 people, theatre-style conferences for up to 400, or receptions for up to 500. The room is equipped with wired high-speed e-mail and Internet access.
Very grand and extremely elegant, the Ballroom can be divided into two separate sections. An interconnecting marble lobby links it to the Oak and Pine Rooms. This can also be shut to the general public, providing a contained and private space for your function or meeting.
Location
On the first floor, opposite the Pine and Oak Rooms.
Décor
The Ballroom is exquisitely decorated in pastel shades, with crystal chandeliers and murals of garden scenes. Large picture windows along one side contribute to its light, airy ambience. It can be divided into two rooms (one smaller than the other).
