Aromatherapy massage

An exquisite full-body massage, invoking the powerful healing properties of essential oils. Tailored to the individual's needs, it is ideal therapy for the overseas visitor upon arrival, for the exhausted executive or for anyone wanting to rebalance their energy.

Deep tissue massage

A stimulating treatment used to invigorate soft tissues and muscles. It is particularly effective for releasing muscle tension in the back, neck and shoulders.

Holistic massage

Holistic massage blends Henrick Ling’s Swedish massage with Chinese techniques, and is designed to meet the needs of stressful modern life. By taking the whole person into consideration, and not only their aches and pains, this treatment can relax the muscles, calm the emotions, improve the circulation, recharge the body’s immune system, refresh the spirit and balance the life force.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique derived from an ancient Tibetan system. Using the hands on a fully clothed client, the therapist's intent is to encourage the person's energy to flow. Harnessing the universal life force, reiki works to gently unblock the body’s energy fields.

Shiatsu

This treatment, originating in Japan, uses pressure point work to enhance the flow of vital energy – ki – through the meridians of the body. In doing so, the body can redress physical, emotional or spiritual discomfort.

Thai massage

Traditional Thai massage is an ancient system of healing with its roots in yoga, ayurvedic medicine and Buddhist spiritual practice. This unique system of therapy combines rhythmic massage, acupressure, gentle twisting, deep stretching and meditation.
